WhenThursday, May 16 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM WhereartBar (37 Quebec St Upper Level, Guelph, ON N1H 2T1) CostsOASW Members: $10 refundable deposit Student Non-Members: $10 fee-for-service Non-Members: $20 fee-for-service To ensure engagement among OASW members, we kindly ask for a $10 deposit. Following your confirmed attendance of the event, OASW members will be refunded. A fee for service is applicable to student non-members and non-members. Event DescriptionJoin colleagues for an evening of connection, community, and an exercise with Linzy Bonham, therapist turned money coach! There will be food, fun, and prizes! Linzy Bonham teaches Canadian therapists and health practitioners the money skills needed to feel empowered and in control of their finances. Linzy will lead attendees through a mini exercise around the topic of money, as we all have contact with money in our lives. This event is open to OASW members and non-members! Students are welcomed and encouraged to attend, and OASW LEN Ambassadors can facilitate connections with 'seasoned' Social Workers! Lite meal foods from a Caribbean restaurant will be provided. Please indicate any allergies or dietary requirements upon registration. Please Note: Your contact information may be shared with the Ambassador or event organizer for the process of day of coordination. Health and SafetyParticipants should remain up-to-date on information from government and public health authorities regarding attending in-person events outside. Public Health Ontario prevention and management measures. Any participants showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are recommended to remain home.
