The InterAction Leadership Development Series is tailored to meet the demands of senior leadership at international NGOs who are facing the practical challenges of partnering with the private sector globally.
This year’s session will focus on corporate partnerships development and strengthening. It will equip attendees with new skills to:
- PLAN: Align mission, vision, values, and partnership outcome goals with corporate partners’ philanthropic and partnership strategy
- MANAGE: Allow partnerships to develop based on realistic analysis, and select measures that adequately evaluate your partnership
- ADAPT: Understand pros and cons of philanthropic and partnership models. Choose what is best for your organization and share the cost of achieving social change.
The training will include two intensive, full-days of a mix of hands-on sessions and corporate/iNGO panels, on November 14 – 15, 2016 in Washington DC Please visit the event page for an Agenda-at-a-Glance.
Each day is distinct but they are complimentary, allowing you and your teams to decide which day caters better to your different programs’ and staff’ needs.
International NGOs and private sector executives will share from their own experiences; Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP) will facilitate the acclaimed training on delivering a winning pitch.
