Join us for a day of talks and discussion examining the concept of advocacy for trauma-informed care, the challenges involved, and how to advocate for trauma-informed care across disciplines, professions and sectors. We aim to address questions like, what does it mean to advocate for trauma-informed care? What strategies can we use to gain public support for this cause? What are concrete steps we can take individually or collectively to effect change?  We hope to create space for a dialogue about the many ways of engaging in advocacy to promote trauma-informed care.
