Chair Yoga with Sally Miller!
Nobody wants to get old and
creaky! Simple seated exercises will strengthen your body,
improve spinal suppleness, tone muscles and calm your mind.
We do backward bending, forward
bending, twisting and side stretches addressing most major
muscle groups on both sides of the body ensuring balance.
It doesn't matter how fit or
unfit you are right now- do what you can and rest when needed.
Never compare yourself to
anyone else in class- you are unique

helps you relax
Breathe from the belly-using
your diaphragm provides 7x more oxygen to you system,
strengthens your lungs and calms your mind.

All Programs are subject to being cancelled due
to low registration. 6 individuals need to be registered for the
class to proceed. In the event that a class must be cancelled you
will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
