2019 BC Support Group Conference


 Designated Delegate

Each BC Support group leader will be provided with a code for their allotted designated delegates.  Anyone that is not given a designated delegate code is invited to attend at her/her own cost.  The $150(early bird) $175 (regular) fee will cover the meals and speaker costs for the three day event.

Note you must have your designated delegate code to register or pay the no delegate amount

Designate Delegate Fee

Cost $50 per person if you register by May 31

$70 per person if you register after June 1

For designated delegate all meals, conference supplies and a possible room (shared) are included in the registration fee. Please call Shelley to confirm free room requirements for out-of-town guests.


For out-of-town guests, your rooms will be booked for you.

After you register call Shelley at PCFBC to arrange for your room.

Travel: Air travel will be paid for up to $300 per delegate who must fly to the conference. Those using a ferry will be reimbursed for their ferry however we expect the groups will carpool to save funds. Those who must fly and instead drive will be reimbursed .25 cents per kilometer after the first 100 kilometers up to a maximum of $300.

Non Designated Delegate

Cost $150  (early bird) $175 (regular)

This fee covers conference, supplies and meals only.

Parking is $10 per night per vehicle.
