Alan Cosgrove, CPA, FCPA(IrI), CFSA, CICA, CRICP,
CPSCP Audit Partner.
Alan is a Partner in MNP's Enterprise Risk Services
practice. Based in the Vancouver office, Alan provides risk
management, consulting, Internal Audit and assurance
services to private and public organizations. Alan has
extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of
Enterprise Risk Services, Internal Audit, and Business Consulting.
Alan is the incoming President of the Vancouver Chapter
of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Gurmit Aujla, CPA, CA, CIA, CRISC, CRMA Director, Audit
Services, BCLC
Gurmit's background is in internal audit, risk management,
internal controls, finance and corporate functions. Since
2009, he leads a value driven internal audit team. Gurmit
has delivered presentations and webinars for the IIA, ISACA,
and Public Sector.
Steven Ward, CPA, CA, CIA Executive Director with
Internal Audit and Advisory Services with the Province of
BC (IAAS)
Stephen Ward was one of the founding members of the IIA VI
Chapter and has extensive experience over the last 28 years
in the industry. Many of you will have worked with him in
the Victoria market through his years in consulting and in government.
Imran Zia, MSc, ACA, FCCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, GRCP
Director, Audit and Assurance - Provincial Government
Imran is the incoming President to the IIA VI Chapter.
He has extensive experience in the field beginning with the
Big Four Firms. Imran has spoken at both National and
International IIA Conferences and will be moderating the
discussion today.
