The Sailing Team creates an environment that develops personal health and builds confidence; allowing athletes to compete, evolve, and take the next steps in the world of sailing. It is a place to continue your education and develop specific skills in a one-on-one environment, with lessons tailored to individual sailors. Everyone is welcome!
Prerequisites: CANSail II or equivalent, and
Kelowna Yacht Club Junior Membership. Phone the Sailing School Team for more information and questions at 250-212-8768.
To register 15 - 19-year-olds, register HERE.
Each participant and their family must assess their own individual risk of exposure to COVID-19 acknowledging that engaging in any activity outside of one’s home at this time exposes a person to the risk of contracting COVID-19 even if all precautions and protocols are adhered to. If a participant is a member of a family or lives with a person who has an underlying medical condition(s) they must not participate. If any participant’s family member has any of the above-noted COVID-19 symptoms, they must remain home, self-quarantine and not participate in sailing activities
