Paper-light at ASEBP

Well managed paper-light and paperless records environments are possible!  But these systems are not developed overnight.  It takes years of executive engagement, process analysis and  team work.  In the world of Benefit Providers, paper is often the norm, and for some records, legislatively mandated.  When Alberta Blue Cross approached the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan about how ASEBP developed it’s paper light and paperless processes, ASEBP was happy to share!  In fact they were so excited, they decided to share with ARMA too.  This is a high level case study of one organization’s ongoing journey from paper bound to paper light.
