Presenters:

Nicholas Fonseca has over 15 years of leadership and management experience in business, insurance and related technology.   He has a M.B.A., Bachelors degree in Business Management and the CIP professional designation.   He advises in the ECM and document management field and in related technology matters.   He is Past President of ARMA Edmonton Chapter and currently serves on the ARMA Canada Region Team and Board.  

Deb Phillips is the Director, Business Support with the Information Management Branch of Service Alberta.   A seasoned records professional she has been actively involved with ARMA International and is currently a Director, Edmonton Chapter.

David Hopkins is the Manager, Information and Records Management with the Department of Transportation.   He is a seasoned records manager and has facilitated courses for the iSchool through the University of Toronto.
