Game-based Learning: Tips and Tricks to Get Better Training Results
 Description

How can we keep individuals engaged and motivated when learning content?

Join our facilitator and play a live learning game while exploring a successful case study of how one organization used gamification to reinforce training. See the statistics, and results that users have already found for using games in learning, training or reinforcement. Find out how this technique uses rewards and effects behaviour change and process. Consider how gamification can transform our traditional strategies for clients.

Presenter:  Doug Churchill

Douglas Churchill is a high energy leader who has over 15 years of executive experience with companies such as Sybase consulting services, CA Technologies, Verizon Canada, Solarsoft and Epicor. Currently he is Vice President Sales for ARC Business Solutions Inc. and Managing Director of Game and Train which creates cutting edge games for enterprise. He holds a M.B.A. from Saint Mary’s University as well as a Bachelor degree in economics from Memorial University.
