A Framework for the Digital World:
Our facilitator will present a framework that can be used to ensure a successful electronic records strategy from planning through to implementation. He will identify what to consider regarding hardware, software, and service options. Finally, he will provide examples of actual automated business processes to show the benefits that can be achieved with electronic records management.
About our Facilitator:
Neill Walker lived in Japan for several years and decided to pursue an M.A. in Japanese Linguistics at the University of Alberta. He developed skills in process automation while performing research data analysis. After teaching for 5 years, he was hired by Xerox as a Workflow Solutions Consultant. Wishing to pair his software knowledge and workflow skills with outsource services in order to offer true end-to-end solutions and continuous improvement support, he recently moved to Consentia, one of the largest scanning services bureaus in Western Canada. Neill is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is CompTIA CDIA+ certified.
