About our Facilitator:
As a lawyer, librarian and records management consultant,
Stuart Rennie has practiced for over 25 years.
Stuart regularly drafts Records Retention Schedules and Classification
Plans for municipalities, non-profits and industry regulators. Stuart
conducts legal research and analysis to create records retention
schedules and classification plans necessary to ensure an
organization’s records comply with the law, best practices and
standards for records management. He also conducts legal reviews and
audits for clients to ensure their existing records management
programs comply to current legislation, which supports the client’s
legal risk management programs. As an ARMA member, Stuart frequently
speaks about record management topics at workshops and conferences
across Canada.
