This session will explore how ministries within the Government of Ontario trained users with a new ECM solution.   It will explore training options and best practices.   It will include an overview of the lessons learned.

About our Facilitator:  

Debra Fox is Manager, Learning and Development at ARC Business Solutions. Debra is a facilitator and seasoned instructor who has been delivering training to many organizations for over 30 years. Her methodology is customized to the client’s needs and demographics.   Debra has taught in traditional classroom settings and online, always striving for interaction with participants.
