Registration for the Sept. 2022 Triannual opens July 14!

During registration, please select which section meeting each registrant will be attending. Each attendee can register for only one section. CCHN Board Members may select the "CCHN BOD Member" registration option to sign up for the Executive Directors Roundtable (EDR) and the Board of Directors meeting taking place the following day. If you would prefer to register by telephone, please call Caitlin Neal at (480) 822-0805.

Registration Costs

Early bird registration ends August 8, 2022. Registration will close Sept. 7, 2022, at 11:59PM.

We do not plan to offer a hybrid meeting format for the peer groups that meet – all will all be in person only.  

CCHN will be sending invoices to each CHC after the event to collect registration fees in lieu of upfront payment. You will not submit payment to complete this registration.
