SheLeadsTech Series: Breaking the Glass Ceiling through Advocacy
 Description

She Leads Tech Panel Discussion

SESSION SUMMARY

In a field where demographics say that there are too few women, creating and retaining a pipeline of talent means we must ensure that women are being recognized and that there are other women to look up to. There are already many incredible women who are already breaking for diversity across sectors despite the invisible barrier.

We have invited several women Technology leaders in North America to discuss their experiences, challenges, progress and views highlighting the importance of Advocacy in their careers, how others advocated for them, how they are now advocating for others, and answer the question… where do we go from here?
