and pay $15 and enjoy a meal and drink, DSAT will cover the
rest!
You may also bring a friend for an additional $15.
*Please
let us know if there are any dietary restrictions or special
requests we should be aware of.
**Dinner will include an
entrée and a drink.
***Caregivers please be advised that the
pick-up time is 7 pm sharp. If an attendee is being picked up via
Wheel Trans, taxi or Uber, please let us know in advance by
providing the confirmation number which confirms the time that the
driver will arrive. Also, in the event the mode of transportation
does not show up, please provide an emergency contact number where
you can be contacted.
Please Note: The PAL 19+ program is a drop off
program. Events will be fully supervised by the DSAT PAL 19+ team
consisting of parents, professionals and volunteers. If an
attendee requires their own support person, please contact us and
we'd be happy to make arrangements.
This event is situated in the west end of Toronto on Bloor
Street West. For parents and caregivers coming from out of the
area there are many places to check out while waiting including,
various restaurants to grab a bite and coffee shops. There are
some paid parking lots available in the area and street parking available.
