2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING PROXY

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Sunday, June 13^th at 10:00 am via Zoom Meeting due to COVID-19.  You may click HERE to register. 

All matters related to the agenda require a quorum via online attendance of 50 members in good standing.  However, our Constitution does allow for a limited right to vote by proxy for two purposes only - approving the audited financial statements of the Congregation and the appointment of auditors. Each adult member is entitled to one vote:

If you are unable to virtually attend the AGM but wish to help ensure that the required quorum of 50 Members will be available to address the aforementioned items, we ask you to complete the online proxy form and submit no later than June 10, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
