The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, June 7^th at 10:00 am.   Because of COVID-19, our building remains closed; therefore, the meeting will take place via Zoom Meeting.

6. Ratification of all acts of the Board of Governors from June 25, 2019 to May 6, 2020.

All matters (ex. #4 and #5) require a quorum via online attendance of 50 members in good standing.  Please make every effort to attend this meeting in order to ensure that a quorum is present.
