SALE OF CHAMETZ

Note: All chametz (leavened products) – food not acceptable during Pesah (Passover) – should be thrown away, donated, or stored in a secure location and sold (mechirat chametz) before the holiday begins.  Selling the chametz may be achieved by completing the form below.

Please complete the form no later than Tuesday, April 4 at 8:00 p.m.

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Adam Cutler and Rabbi David Seed to act on my behalf to sell all chametz possessed by me – knowingly or unknowingly – as defined by Torah and rabbinic law, and to lease all places wherein chametz owned may be found during the month of Nissan, 5783. I acknowledge that they can only be my agents for chametz located in North America and South America.
