The irony of supporting families, while struggling with her own children, has not escaped her. Instead of seeing a counsellor herself, Syd shares her hilarious musings on raising teenagers and family chaos.

The Brighter Tomorrows Luncheon raises crucial funds to aid Family Services in providing support and hope to Vancouver’s most vulnerable children, youth, and families.
