Wild Kidz is a week-long day camp for kids ages 8-17, which strives to educate children about the importance of nature, while providing them with fun, hands-on outdoor experiences. The Wild Kidz Camp targets a variety of learning experiences with activities such as ecological workshops, visits to parks, talks & demonstrations, outdoor classrooms, educational games, fishing lessons, and more. Not only will your child learn more about the value of the environment, they will do so through fun, hands-on outdoor activities and collaborative learning methods.

Each year, the Wild Kidz Camp is held in different communities throughout BC so that the BCWF, as a province-wide organization, can help instill conservation values in children as future stewards of BC’s environment in communities across the province. This year, we are holding our camp at the Kettle Wildlife Association in Rock Creek. We hope you can make it!
A more detailed schedule will be included in the Parent Handbook, which will be sent via email a few business days after registration ends. The Parent Handbook provides an overview of Camp logistics such as where campers must be dropped off and picked up, forms, etc.
Dates: Monday, August 17th - Friday, August 21st
Times: 8:30am - 4:30pm daily; early dismisal on Friday at 2:30 PM

What to Bring: Participants are asked to bring a “Go Bag" that we will keep on site to ensure that campers have everything when needed. These are the items to place in each participant's Go Bag:
