|Reel Fishing Workshop - October 15th|
The BC Wildlife Federation is excited to welcome you back to our October 2020, virtual trout Reel Fishing and conservation workshop.
This free virtual workshop is designed for adults and provides them with an opportunity to further enhance or learn fishing techniques as well as conservation skills in a relaxed and fun environment. All fishing and restoration equipment will be provided for this workshop, sanitization protocols will be in place.
This year we have adjusted the workshop to adhere with the covid-19 regulations set by the Federal and Provincial Government. The virtual portion of the workshop and the planting is free. The virtual portion will be held on October 15th via Zoom. All registered participants will receive the access link in an e-mail. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions to experienced anglers and Steven Su, Professional Guide, as well as gain a further understanding of trout fishing in BC during a 2.5-3 workshop.
During the planting portion you will have the opportunity to be part in a riparian restoration project. During which we visit the Alouette River in Maple Ridge and learn how to successfully plant native plant species as well as remove invasive plants.

**Transportation to and from locations is not provided. Participants must provide their own transportation.
