Item: Public Hall - Business Licence
Obtain/ Renew your Business Licence in a few easy steps!
Business Licenses are issued in
accordance with the Business Licence By-Law 128 of 2017. Public
Hall Licenses will be issued after payment has been received, and
all information verified and confirmed.
Please ensure the following documents are submitted in order
to process your application.
1. Proof of Compliance with the
Electrical Safety Code as determined by an authorized inspector
within the last three (3) years.

Online Submission of a Licence
Renewal does not confirm Licensing Eligibility. Please retain your
electronic receipt, emailed to you, after processing.
*The Fire Inspection is payable at time of licence
renewal. Licenses can only be issued to those applicants who have a
successful fire inspection report on file within the last 12
calendar months. Fire Inspection fee is collected as per the Sarnia
Fire Chief; Bylaw # 128 of 2017.
Licenses will be mailed out within 10 business days of online
order to the mailing address provided by the applicant.
First applicable late fee applied after March 31st is $35.00.
Second applicable late fee applied after July 1st is $100.00.
