Obtain/Renew your Payday
Loan Business Licence in a few easy steps!
Business Licenses are issued in
accordance with the Business Licence By-Law 128 of 2017. Licenses
will be issued after payment has been received, and all information
verified and requirements confirmed.
Please ensure the following
documents are submitted in order to process your application.
1. Certificate of Commercial
General Liability Insurance of not less than $2 Million
2. Valid Licence as a lender or loan
broker under the Payday Loans Act, 2008
3. Clear Criminal Record Check,
within the last three years, from applicant.

Online Submission of a
Licence Renewal does not confirm Licensing Eligibility.
Please retain your electronic receipt, emailed to you, after
processing.
Licenses will be mailed out within 10 business days of online
order to the mailing address provided by the applicant.
First applicable late fee applied after March 31st is $35.00.
Second applicable late fee applied after July 1st is $100.00.
