What is included in the letter:
1. Current zone of the subject property.
2. Confirmation of the existing or
proposed use - permitted or not.
NOTE:
This letter will not confirm
compliance of any other zoning regulation such as: parking,
separation distances, outdoor storage, approvals from other
agencies, or any ther applicable regulations.
Why do I need a Permitted Use &
Zoning Letter?
These letters are usually requested
to provide information to mortgage lenders, provincial agencies and others.
