Item: Site Plan Control Fees
Please select the appropriate items below for your site plan
application. These fees are in addition to your application, submitted
to www.sarnia.ca/apply.
NOTE: Every new Site Plan Agreement
must also pay the Engineering Application Fee. Some
Site Plan Amendments may also require the Engineering Application Fee,
at the discretion of the Planning Department. Please contact the
Planning Department for direction on which fees must be paid.
To Select Multiple Fees:
-Select your first item, click “Add to Cart”
-Click the back
button in your browser to return to the list of items
-Select your
second item, click “Add to Cart”
Fees can also be paid by cheque mailed or couriered to City Hall.
Fees under $5000 can be paid by credit card or debit at City Hall or
by credit card over the phone.
