How do I delete a delivery schedule?
You can permanently delete a delivery schedule from the Hidden area. The schedule must be moved to the Hidden section before it is deleted.
  1. From the Delivery Methods section of the Shopping Cart menu, choose Delivery Times.
  2. Click Delete next to the delivery schedule.
