What happens if I forget my username and password?

The username and password for your master account can be easily retrieved by following these steps:

1. Click Login in the main navigation of the GiftTool home page (https://www.gifttool.com/).
2. In the Forget your username or password? section, click the link to retrieve your username and password.
3. Enter the email address associated with the key contact person for your account, as well as, your client account ID which is located on your invoices, in your Welcome email, as well as, as the "ID=" in your public GiftTool links.
4. Click Submit. As a security measure, your username and password will be sent to this email address as two separate emails.

For the Event Registrar service: If you have forgotten the Event Coordinator username/password, please ask your colleague with access to the main account to provide you with these.
