Why can't I view the PDF document?

If you are unable to view a PDF document from your GiftTool account (for invoices, eTax receipts, etc), the following issues may be the cause:

  1. Your browser may not recognize the file type. If so, please upload the most recent version of the browser, or try a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc).
  2. You may not have the necessary software on your computer.  Acrobat Reader is needed to view PDF document and is available free by clicking Adobe Acrobat Reader.
