How do I create a check in list for the event day?
  • To help streamline on-site registration, you can create a list of event orders, to be used to record attendance. Add any notes that registration desk staff may need to know for each registrant, such as payment to be collected or refunded, or items to be handed out or collected.
  • From the Reports section, choose your event from the drop down menu. Beside the On-Site Check-In List report, choose the registrant type from the drop down. On event day, you may only wish to print out those registrants who are Active. Once done, click the printer icon to generate a printer friendly list of your attendees.
