How do I add command bar links to a web site?

If you are extensively customizing the look of your eStore, you may also wish to customize the look of your command bar. You can individually link to any command bar link (Search, Returns, General Info, View Cart, Check Out and Product Manager Login), allowing shoppers to view the contents of their shopping basket and proceed to checkout.

  1. From the Web Site Links section of the Shopping Cart menu, choose eStore.
  2. Copy a command link (Search, Returns, General Info, View Cart, Check Out and Product Manager Login).
  3. Links shown are in English. To modify a link for your French eStore, change LNG=EN to LNG=FR.
  4. IMPORTANT: For the Check Out URL and Product Manager Login links, it is very important to use https for a secure SSL-encrypted checkout or login (and not http).
  5. Paste the link into your Web site.
    • The link can be associated with an image, button, or text.
    • Test your links once you go live. When testing links do not click submit on the final page to avoid processing your transaction.
