As some of you may or may not know I will be participating in a medical relief and education mission trip to Port au Prince, Haiti, with members of Team Broken Earth London in October 2018. This is an exciting adventure that I am looking forward to participating in. As a team our primary goal is to help less fortunate people in Haiti who require spine surgery for one reason or another. In order to complete this goal we require medical supplies and equipment which is not readily available in Haiti so we must bring these supplies with us. As you know medical supplies can be very expensive. Some of these supplies will be donated by generous donors and others we must purchase. Each team member has been ask to raise a minimum of $2500. This money will be used to purchase medical supplies and help people in Haiti cover their hospital fees.
