On October 12, I will be joining another Team Broken Earth Barrie surgical mission to Antigua, Guatemala. Our dedicated team will be providing total knee arthroplasties (knee replacements) to individuals who live with debilitating pain and limited mobility—people who would otherwise never be able to afford this life-changing surgery.

These operations don’t just restore the ability to walk—they restore independence, dignity, and the chance to return to work, care for family, and participate fully in life.
