On May 30th, I’ll once again be hopping on my bike and heading up Cypress Mountain for the Rotary Ride for Rescue—an event that combines steady pedaling, questionable judgment, and a deep appreciation for low gearing. The ride supports the exceptional work of North Shore Rescue, Royal Canadian Marine Search & Rescue and the Rotary Club of West Vancouver-Sunrise humanitarian projects.
