Please support Butts in Motion / Butts in a Boat
Support our team with a donation as we paddle and exercise toward a healthier future. For prostate cancer patients, exercise and dragon boating is a lifeline.
On the water, the physical demands of paddling build strength and resilience, proving that a diagnosis doesn't define our limits. Off the water, the deep rooted cameraderie of the team provides a unique brotherhood of shared experience and unwaivering encouragement through exercise.
Together we are moving forward - one stroke at a time.
Support our team and make a donation to Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada's Annual Father’s Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer via my personal web page below.
WHY ARE WE PARTICIPATING IN THE RUN?
Because this run is for the tens of thousands of Canadian men living courageously with prostate cancer and their families. It’s for all the men who have died from this disease and the families who have lost loved ones. It’s for the roughly 26,000 men who will be diagnosed each year and everyone who cares about them.
THE FATHER'S DAY WALK RUN Is an annual event hosted by Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, a volunteer based organization that represents prostate cancer patients, their families and communities. Even if you aren’t a walker or a runner, you can still step up and volunteer or consider donating to PCFC to fund research for this disease that currently affects 1 in 8 men.
Every donation, no matter how small, will have a large impact for men and their families dealing with a diagnosis of prostate cancer.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and for giving the men in your life the gift of health this Father's Day.
