Day Walk Run
Please carefully review the following waiver. You must agree to the
terms and conditions below to participate in this event.
In signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand the intent
thereof, and I hereby agree and absolve and hold harmless Prostate
Cancer Foundation Canada, corporate sponsors, co-operating
organizations and any other parties connected with this event in any
way, singly or collectively, from and against any blame and liability
for any injury, misadventure, sustained as a result of participation
in the Father’s Day Walk Run or any activities associated wherewith.
I hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of
injury or illness. I also give full permission for use of my name
and/or photograph in promotion, publications or advertising connected
with this event. The privacy of our donors and event participants is
important to Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada.
• Participants are advised to consult with a physician before
training or participating in an event
• Do not wear headphones as you are not on a closed course
• Pick route and time to avoid congestion (if virtual)
• Carry a mobile phone as means to connect if you require assistance
while walking/running
• Follow Provincial Health Orders
