EVENT:              Got Risk? Third-Party Risks Across the Relationship Cycle

LOCATION:       BCIT Downtown Campus (Atrium)

Event Background

“Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is the process of analyzing and controlling risks presented to your company, your data, your operations and your finances by parties OTHER than your own company.”

Outsourcing services to vendors and subject matter experts is becoming more and more common in today’s economy. Many organizations struggle to manage these relationships and the potential risks that can arise from the use of third parties. This session will look at techniques that can be utilized to manage these risks as effectively as possible. This session has been designed to be interactive and will contain a case study to ensure maximum audience participation.
