Item: Committee of Adjustment Fees
Please select the appropriate items below for your Committee of
Adjustment application. For items that require an application form,
please submit it to www.sarnia.ca/apply. For items
that do not require an application form, this payment portal will be
considered your application.
Please review the Minor Variance or Consent webpages for clarity on
which items require an application form.
NOTE: If you are purchasing a minor variance or
consent for a property with private services, the County of
Lambton Septic Review fee may be required. Please contact
the Planning Department for direction on which fees must be paid.
To Select Multiple Fees:
-Select your first item, click “Add to Cart”
-Click the back
button in your browser to return to the list of items
-Select your
second item, click “Add to Cart”
Fees can also be paid by cheque mailed or couriered to City Hall.
Fees under $5000 can be paid by credit card or debit at City Hall or
by credit card over the phone.
