The East Coast Trail Association is a member-based, volunteer-driven not-for-profit organization, and registered charity. Proceeds from the sale of our products support our work in developing, maintaining, and protecting the Trail.  


East Coast Trail Ball Caps are finally here! Our new hat is an unstructured, six-panel, "dad" style hat, featuring our logo embroidered on the front, as well as "East Coast Trail" stitched across the back. Hats have a pre-curved peak with a low profile, and a fabric strap with a brass buckle and slit. Made from chino twill. One size fits most adults.

Sustainability

All profits generated through the sale of our products are used to support our efforts in developing, maintaining, and protecting the Trail. 

As often as is possible, we work with local suppliers while curating the Trail Shop's product catalogue, supporting the local economy and shortening the supply chain. 

In addition, we use 100% recycled mailers when shipping our products. Our mailers are made from recycled plastics, giving plastics already in circulation a second life. Mailers have a second adhesive strip so they can be re-used once you receive your order. Additionally, they can be recycled wherever soft plastics are accepted. 


Curbside Service

The East Coast Trail Association office remains closed for in-person shopping, but we are happy to offer curbside service - whether you have placed your order ahead of time or not. Curbside service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

If you are placing your order ahead of time, and wish to pick up your order from our office at 50 Pippy Place, Unit 9, select the "Curbside Pick-up" shipping option during the checkout process. Please allow a minimum of one hour for your order to be processed before picking up. When you arrive at the office, please call (709) 738-4453 and a staff member will retrieve your order.

If you are not placing your order ahead of time and still wish to use the curbside service to purchase merchandise, simply call our office at (709) 738-4453 when you arrive and a staff member will meet you at our office entrance to help. 


Having technical difficulties? Here are some tips for order processing:

  • Our payment processor cannot accept Visa Debit cards, only major credit cards.
  • Do not use the "Enter" key when typing in billing or shipping information. Type address information on one line instead.
  • Ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of your web browser.  
  • Billing information entered must match the information on record with your card provider.
  • The CVV/CVV2 field cannot be left blank. This shortcode is usually found on the back of major credit cards next to the signature panel.
