How do I modify the contact information for an offline donor?

To update the profile of a Pledge-a-thon donor who made an offline cash/check donation:

  1. Follow the directions to search for an offline pledge.
  2. Click Change beside the name of the donor.
  3. Modify the offline donor's name and contact information
  4. Click Update Pledge.
