Why doesn't the coordinator login work?

Coordinators can only log into their restricted accounts by clicking on the Admin link located either:

  • At the bottom of each Event Description / Registration page, OR
  • At the top of your GiftTool List of Events page.


If a coordinator is having difficulty logging in, the problem may be caused due the following:

  • They are trying to login on the https://www.gifttool.com/members/Login page and not from the Admin link described above.
  • Their password has changed. Login to the master account to find the correct coordinator password.
  • Their computer browser is not setup to accept cookies. Change the browser settings to fix the problem.
  • Usernames & passwords are case sensitive. Make sure your Caps lock is not on.
