How do I use Copy to create a new renewal notice?

To create a copy of an existing membership renewal notice:

  1. Click Membership to view the Main Menu of this service.
  2. From the Setup section, click Renewal Notice
  3. Click Copy beside the renewal notice to be duplicated.
  4. The copied renewal notice will appear in the list with the word "[Copy] -" appearing in the subject line.
    • NOTE: Notices with [Copy] appearing in the beginning of the subject line are considered to be a draft and will NOT be sent to members.
  5. Click Change to update the duplicated renewal notice.
  6. To activate the renewal notice, you must remove "[Copy] -" in the subject line.
