Please advise that due to the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic your orders may take longer than normal to arrive.   

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery within Canada. For international delivery, please allow approximately 3-5 weeks. 

We ship via Canada Post mail and parcel services. To help prevent delay of your items, provide the complete address at which you receive mail. We are not able to verify mailing addresses prior to sending: please ensure you have provided yours correctly. 

Shipping rates include processing and packaging and are calculated by package weight and destination.

Technical difficulties? Tips for order processing:

• Do not use the "Enter" key when typing in billing or shipping information. Type address information on one line instead.
• Ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of your web browser.  
• Our payment processor cannot accept Visa Debit cards, only major credit cards.
• Billing information entered must match the information on record with your card provider.
• The CVV/CVV2 field cannot be left blank. This short code is usually found on the back of major credit cards next to the signature panel.
