If your organization has 2 or more GiftTool accounts, never login to multiple GiftTool accounts at the same time.

Because a browser session in created when logging into GiftTool, there is a risk that your browsers will get confused between your various accounts. The trouble is that you may be over-writing your work into the wrong account when clicking save; or viewing the wrong data when looking at your reports. Instead it is best to login to one account first, complete all your activities including running reports, and then log off before logging into the next account.
