Members can retrieve their password as follows:

1. Members can use the "Forgotten Account Information' section when renewing online to have the password emailed to them. They must use the exact email address associated with their membership.
2. Members can also use the "Forget your password" section on the login screen to have the password emailed to them. They must use the exact email address associated with their membership.

Note: Passwords should be 8 characters or longer.
