The monthly fee for the following GiftTool services are only charged during active calendar months:

• Event Registrar: The monthly fee is only charged during active calendar months with 1 or more transactions (registration, order modification / cancellation).
• Pledge-a-thon: The monthly fee is only charged during active calendar months with 1 or more transactions (participant registration, online donation, order modification / cancellation). Entering offline donations or processing monthly donations will not trigger the monthly fee.
• Test & Survey: The monthly fee is only charged during active calendar months with 1 or more tests/surveys completed.

Therefore, when your event, pledge drive or survey is over, there is no need to cancel your GiftTool service.

By selecting Archive beside your event or pledge-a-thon, the public will no longer be able to interact with your event pages. By entering an End Date for your survey or test, your audience will not be able to complete a survey that is over.

During dormant months, you can continue to login to GiftTool, view Reports, use the 'copy' feature to setup your next event or survey.

Note: The monthly fee for the Donation, Membership, Shopping and Email Marketing service will be charged each calendar month regardless of activity. Learn more about cancelling a subscription to one of these services or reactivating a service once cancelled.
